Capacity and technology
Ossi Connectors plastic injection moulding department are using horisontal and vertical injectors depending on moulding task. Our moulding capacity is between 22 - 50 ton pressure and using wide range of non-filled and glass filled plastic materials. We injection mould both standard products within our product portfolio and various custom designed components.
All tools used in production are developed, produced and maintained at our tooling department in accordance with TQM quality guidelines. By this procedure we maximise the durability of the tools, extending our knowledge of toolmaking and minimise any risk of discontinuance in production.

- Polyamide UL94 V-2 (PA)
- Glass-filled Polyamide UL94 V-2 (PA)
- Polyethersulphone UL94 V-0 (PES)
- Thermo Plastic Elastomer UL94 V-0 (TPE)
